Privacy Policy for Inventory Tag Manager
About this policy
Inventory Tag Manager is provided by Aktyva konsaltynh technologies. This policy describes how the app handles information when you catalog belongings, manage inventory, use photos and QR labels, and export records.

Information accessed and stored
The app stores inventory information locally on your Android device. This includes item names, descriptions, quantities, notes, custom fields, photos, categories, collections, storage locations and their hierarchy, item identifiers, label codes, and creation and update dates. Storage locations are labels you enter, such as rooms or shelves; the app does not access your device's geographic location.
The app also stores activity history, including item names, identifiers, event dates, and details of creation, edits, quantity changes, organization changes, and deletions. It saves your preferred export format and label layout.
You choose what information to enter. Personal information included in your notes, photos, or other fields becomes part of your local inventory.
Developer collection and purposes
The current app does not send inventory records or photos to the developer. Core inventory functions work offline and do not require an account. No advertising, analytics, tracking, or remote crash-reporting integration was identified in the current application.
The app uses locally stored information to display and search records, organize belongings, track quantities, match QR labels to items, show activity history, calculate summaries, and generate exports and labels.
Camera, photos, and QR labels
The app requests camera permission when you choose to scan a QR label or capture an item photo. You can decline or revoke this permission in Android settings. Manual label entry and selection of existing photos remain available without camera permission.
When you choose an existing photo, the app accesses the image selected through the Android photo picker and copies a processed version into its local database. Removing that copy from the app does not delete the original image from its source.
QR scanning processes camera input on the device to find an inventory identifier. The app does not upload camera images. Generated QR codes contain an item identifier used to look up a matching record in the inventory on your device. Exported labels also display the item's name and readable label code, so people who can see a label can read those details.
Exports and sharing
The app does not automatically share your inventory with the developer or other organizations.
You can export all inventory records or selected search and filter results as CSV or JSON. These files contain item identifiers, labels, names, descriptions, quantities, organization, custom fields, notes, and dates. Photo files are not included, and inventory-list exports are not a complete database backup. You can also save individual QR labels as PNG files or label sheets as PDF files.
Exports are written to the destination you select through Android's document picker. If you select a cloud storage provider or later share a file, that provider or recipient receives the information in the file under its own practices. Exported files remain separate from the app's database.
Third-party components and Android services
The app uses JourneyApps ZXing Android Embedded and ZXing components to scan and generate QR codes locally. The inspected integration does not transmit inventory information to these library providers. Android supplies system functions such as camera access, photo selection, and file destination selection.
Android backup is enabled in the app configuration. Depending on your device, Android version, and backup settings, Android may back up app data or transfer it to another device. These system services operate under the relevant platform or backup provider's practices. Local storage therefore does not exclude copies created through system backup or a destination you choose.
Security
Inventory records and photo copies are stored in the app's local SQLite database within Android's app storage. Access depends on Android's storage protections and your device security. The app does not implement an additional encrypted database or an app-specific password lock.
The current inventory features do not transmit data to a developer server, so there is no app-operated inventory transmission for which to describe encryption in transit. Security of system backups and external export destinations depends on those services. No storage or security measure can guarantee complete protection.
Retention and deletion
The app keeps saved inventory records, photos, preferences, and activity history locally until they are removed or the app's local data is cleared. No automatic expiration period is implemented.
You can delete individual items and their stored photo copies or remove photos while editing an item and save the change. Deleting an item creates a deletion event and does not erase earlier activity history. That history can retain the item's name, identifier, and details of previous changes. Deleting a category, collection, or storage location preserves the items and photos associated with it, while changing their organization.
To remove the entire local database, use Android's option to clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Exported files, original photos, and any system backup copies are separate and must be managed through their respective locations or services. System backups may restore data according to your device settings.
You can send privacy questions or deletion requests to mateuszbednarski696@gmail.com. The developer cannot remotely access or delete inventory stored only on your device. If you voluntarily include personal information or inventory details in an email, the developer receives the information you send to address your request. A fixed retention period for such correspondence has not been established in the available information.
Children's privacy
The app does not require an account or include an identified mechanism for collecting children's information remotely. An intended child age group has not been established. Information entered by any user, including information about children, is handled as described in this policy. A parent or guardian can manage local data using the deletion controls described above and contact the developer with privacy questions.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the app or its data practices. Review the policy made available with the app for the current version.
